Do you want to change your life?
You can move to a new country, start a business, or travel the world. You might want to write a book or be with your family more often.
What is it you want to do in this wild and crazy life?
Don’t waste your life not knowing because soon this life will end and then we won’t be able to fly to France or visit a loved one.
Meditating on the path ahead of you is what helps me. Often I can’t plan far into the future because today has so many possibilities.
But when you get centered and listen; you’ll hear what to do and it might scare you. But this is good.
Suddenly you’re doing a new thing! Traveling solo was like this for me.
At first it was scary but with practice it became something I loved to do.
You won’t know until you try it.

Another Way to Take a Risk
Write down the pros and the cons of taking this step. You’ll see in black and white with your own eyes exactly how to approach this new risk.
It’s a valuable exercise to cut down on the jabbering in your head about this risk and just look at the logical side of it.
I just did this yesterday for an issue I’m working on and it helped to clarify my goals.
Writing things down helps you!
One more thing
Go out in nature and see a sunset or sunrise. Take a walk in a forest. Go to a park alone and maybe bring a picnec, Its amazing how things resolve themselves when you’re out walking.
Fact is this: we all need this every day and I’m going right now for a walk!
